Setting the Price

Consumer price at MarppleShop is the sum of the basic product price and design price set by creator.

What is basic product price?

Basic product price is a default price that creators cannot change.
It includes various expenses related to MarppleShop’s services and products.
Included in the basic product price are: MarppleShop construction cost, service promotion cost, development cost, original product price, production cost (including printing), warehouse operation cost, CS cost, etc.

What is design price?

Design price is the amount of profit that the cerator set.
You can set the design price from 1,000 won to 100,000 won. However, for products below the basic product price of 5,000 won, you can set the design price from 100 won.
If you sell two goods with the design price of 12,000 won, you will earn a profit of 24,000 won.

What is consumer price?

Consumer price is the price that consumers actually pay.
For example, if you set the design price as 12,000 won for a product with the basic product price of 10,000 won, the consumer price becomes 22,000 won.

You can earn an extra profit if you sell many goods.

As MarppleShop goods are sold in POD (Print-on-Demand), extra profit occurs according to the quantity of goods sold.
For example, if you sell 50 or more goods with the design price of 10,000 won, you will earn an extra profit of 140,000 won.
The rate of extra profit varies by product.
When creating goods, you can check the rate of the specific product’s extra profit through the extra profit chart provided.
