Delivery Instructions
When you operate a shop, you may receive inquiries from customers as below.
Q. "When will my package be delivered?"
Q. "I ordered my package yesterday. Can I get it within this week?"
To lessen such inquiries, MarppleShop instructs delivery schedules to customers.
<When customers place an order, an estimated schedule for delivery shows up together.>
An estimated schedule for delivery shows up because all goods from MarppleShop are produced and delivered on a weekly basis.
However, the delivery schedule may differ between when the Creator orders a sample from his or her own store and when customers place an order.
When a customer orders at MarppleShop
MarppleShop produces and releases goods a week after orders are placed from Monday to Sunday the previous week.
For example, if a customer orders on Monday, the goods will be produced from the following week’s Monday in order.
When goods are properly released, MarppleShop instructs customers separately with delivery schedules.
Normally, you will receive your package 1~2 days from the date of release, but the schedule may change due to couriers’ issues.
Sometimes, there are cases in which customers ask about the delivery schedule to the creator.
In those cases, tell them to reach out again to our MarppleShop Customer Center.
MarppleShop will sincerely guide them for you. :)
When the creator orders a sample from MarppleShop
When the cerator orders a sample from his or her own shop, the delivery process proceeds relatively faster.
After confirming the sample, MarppleShop produces and delivers samples in order based on order placement.
It takes approximately 4~6 days from production to package receipt.
However, if you order samples in a large quantity,
it may take 5~7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
